Short Summary:
CrowdStrike’s DoD SkillBridge / Career Skills Program (CSP) Internship is an approved SkillBridge Program for U.S. Armed Forces members separating honorably. This role supports cyber threat customers and maximizes customer success with the Intelligence product.

Responsibilities:
- Drive high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining ownership over customer relationships.
- Quickly triage and escalate noteworthy findings from Falcon Intelligence Recon to customers.
- Guide customers through Falcon Intelligence Recon findings and provide subject matter expertise.
- Represent customer feedback to the Intelligence and Engineering teams to improve the product.
- Plan and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirement:
- Working knowledge of cyber threat intelligence and the intelligence lifecycle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of dark and deep web ecosystems, including actors and forums.
- Customer service attitude with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and improve efficiency.
