Quality Inspector - 1st Shift
SUMMARY:
Execute inline or end of line inspections of products against defined quality standards to ensure that output meets or exceeds customer expectations. Inspectors may work in any of the operational departments/areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspect products for freedom from quality defects.
- Document inspection results/findings.
- Share feedback with operators regarding defect findings.
- Collaborate with operational team members to identify and implement process and quality improvement solutions.
- Assist with other quality duties and ownership as needed.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
- High school diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience preferred but not required.

- Work Hours/Status:
- Full-Time: 1st Shift; Monday – Thursday 5:00am – 3:00pm
- Overtime as needed
