The Role

We are building a dedicated Media Buying team in Vilnius, with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

As a Senior Media Buyer, you will take full ownership of Meta campaigns, from strategy and budget allocation to daily optimization and scaling. You’ll work closely with our international performance, creative, and BI teams to launch, test, and scale high-performing campaigns across multiple verticals.

This role is for someone who understands direct-response marketing, thrives in fast-moving environments, and is comfortable managing and scaling significant budgets based on data not guesswork.

What You’ll Do

• Build, manage, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns across multiple products and verticals

• Own campaign structure, audience strategy, bidding, budgeting, and scaling decisions

• Optimize toward CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and profitability

• Launch and analyze A/B tests across creatives, audiences, formats, and landing pages

• Monitor performance daily and make fast, data-driven optimizations

• Work closely with creative, BI, and product teams to improve full-funnel performance

• Analyze user behavior and performance data to identify new growth opportunities

• Maintain compliance with Meta policies and internal quality standards

• Contribute to building best practices and playbooks as the Vilnius team grows

What You Bring

• 2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads in a performance-driven environment

• Proven ability to manage and scale paid social budgets profitably

• Strong understanding of direct-response funnels (lead gen, app installs, e-commerce, or similar)

• Experience analyzing performance beyond surface metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention)

• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and attribution tools

• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset you take responsibility for results

• Ability to work on-site in Vilnius, Lithuania

• Strong English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with mobile performance marketing or app campaigns

• Experience working closely with in-house creative teams

• Familiarity with analytics tools, BI dashboards, or internal reporting systems

• Experience scaling campaigns internationally
