Job Description
To strengthen our Marketing team, we are looking for a Marketing Employee who enjoys combining creativity with organisation and who is eager to contribute to the growth of our brand across Europe.

What will you do?
Everything bearing the Duynie logo is your work. You take pride in the fact that our projects, from a silo on a farm to a seminar organised by you, shine both online and offline thanks to your efforts. You maintain the common thread in our communication, write about our products and services and leave your professional stamp on our brand.

As a Marketing Employee, you are responsible for developing, coordinating and executing our external communications across multiple European countries, with a strong focus on France and Poland. You translate our strategy, products and values into clear and engaging messages across a variety of channels. In this role, you work closely with Sales and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective communication.

In this role you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Developing and maintaining marketing and communication content for both online and offline channels across various European countries, with a strong focus on France and Poland;
• Writing and editing content such as newsletters, website texts, social media posts, brochures and press releases;
• Coordinating online campaigns and product launches in collaboration with Marketing and Sales;
• Improving brand consistency across all communication channels;
• Supporting internal communication initiatives;
• Monitoring communication performance and proposing optimisations;
• Managing the content calendar and coordinating the planning, publication and promotion of all content;
• Organising events and webinars that inspire our farmers and strengthen our authority in the market.

We are looking for a creative and proactive marketing professional who enjoys working independently, collaborating internationally and turning complex topics into engaging content.

You have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field;
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in a marketing or communications role;
• A strong affinity for design and the ability to create attractive visual content yourself;
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to work with subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear and engaging communication for our farmers;
• Experience with digital channels, including websites, social media and email marketing;
• Experience in setting up, analysing and optimising Meta and/or Google paid campaigns to drive measurable lead generation;
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail;
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently;
• Fluency in French (native level) and English. Other languages are considered an advantage;
• You are a strong communicator who knows how to engage colleagues and stakeholders, gain their support and bring them along in your plans. You feel comfortable presenting your ideas and do so with conviction;
• Willingness to travel within Europe approximately once per month;
• Residence in France or Belgium within one hour travel of Veurne, or willingness to relocate.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SEO and marketing analytics;
• Experience in a B2B environment;
• Affinity with the agricultural industry.
