Short Description Cooper is excited to offer the opportunity for a new team member focused on IT Service Delivery. This role will be key in administering our ServiceNow platform and other Service Delivery systems, maintaining service delivery standards and maintenance, and driving implementation and support of our Security Operations module within our ServiceNow system. We are looking for a seasoned analyst who would be responsible for:

• Implement and support the Security Operations module of the ServiceNow platform, including supporting integrations.
• Develop dashboards and reporting appropriate to SecOps functions.
• Support day-to-day operations of the platform, including on-call rotation.
