Sr Marketing Communications Specialist

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, web, email, PR) with measurable business impact
• Develop and implement the social media presence and influencer strategy for the region including owned and paid elements
• Translate global Continental brand strategies into locally relevant messaging for Americas markets
• Create and drive high-quality content (web, campaigns, videos, case studies, sales enablement tools)
• Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives in close partnership with sales, e-commerce and product management
• Act as the key marketing partner to regional sales teams and collaborate with global marketing counterparts
• Manage external agencies and creative partners to deliver impactful output
• Support trade shows and events with engaging pre- and post-event communication
• Establish effective KPI reporting enabling data driven decision making

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing communications in a B2B and/or B2C environment
• Strong background in digital marketing, social media management and multi-channel campaign execution
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver results
• Experience working in global or matrix organizations
• Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills
