Short Summary:
Conti Federal Services is seeking a Superintendent to oversee all field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in project execution while fostering strong client relations and team development.
Responsibilities:
- Enforces all safety policies and addresses safety violations.
- Completes projects using the Quality Management System.
- Sets production objectives and communicates them effectively.
- Heads project scheduling with the Project Manager and updates it monthly.
- Implements cost control measures to maximize profits.
- Builds a team by securing top performers through mentoring and retention.
- Works with trade partners on planning, resourcing, and safety.
- Attends daily huddles for communication and issue resolution.
- Holds subcontractors accountable to agreements and specifications.
- Seeks new work opportunities through client relationships.
Requirement:
- Requires 5+ years of construction supervisory experience.
- Complex project leadership and construction expertise.
- USACE EM385-1-1 safety knowledge.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, P6 Primavera, and HCSS.
- Must be a US Citizen for security clearance.
- Exceptional teamwork, communication, and decision-making skills.
