💡 What you'll do:
• Design and improve content moderation policies for user safety.
• Champion compliance, working with Legal, Product, and external stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of moderators and managers.
• Investigate user complaints and platform partner inquiries.
• Build a strategic roadmap for best-in-class moderation and trust & safety capabilities.
🎯 What we expect:
• 4+ years in a leadership role within Content Moderation or Trust & Safety.
• Experience in fast-paced B2C tech companies or startups.
• Strong understanding of UGC platforms and content safety challenges.
• Proven success leading cross-functional projects.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills in English.
