Short Summary:
We are hiring a dedicated and skilled Consultant Anaesthesia for a leading multi-specialty hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing safe and effective anaesthesia care across a range of surgical and diagnostic procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Assess patients before procedures and review medical history, allergies, medications, investigations, and relevant risk factors to determine an appropriate anaesthesia plan.
- Administer and manage anaesthesia safely for elective and emergency surgical procedures in accordance with established clinical protocols.
- Demonstrate strong airway management skills, including airway assessment, maintenance, and appropriate intervention during anaesthesia.
- Accurately perform drug calculations, determine appropriate dosages, and administer anaesthetic and supportive medications safely.
- Continuously monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation, respiratory status, ECG, temperature, and other relevant parameters.
- Recognize and respond promptly to changes in a patient's clinical condition or signs of anaesthetic complications.
- Maintain accurate anaesthesia records, including medications administered, monitoring parameters, fluids, and intraoperative events.
- Provide appropriate post-anaesthesia care and monitor patients during recovery, identifying and managing potential complications.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding anaesthesia procedures, risks, and recovery when required.
- Coordinate closely with surgeons, operating-room staff, intensivists, and other medical professionals to ensure smooth and safe perioperative care.
- Participate in emergency procedures and provide appropriate anaesthetic support when required.
- Follow hospital policies, infection-control practices, patient-safety standards, and applicable clinical guidelines.
- Contribute to quality improvement, clinical audits, and continuous professional development activities.

Requirement:
- MBBS with MD/DNB in Anaesthesiology or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Valid medical registration as required by applicable regulations.
- Candidates with 0–4 years of experience in anaesthesia are encouraged to apply.
