Expected salary range of $83,700 to $93,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Primary Purpose of Position
The Rxs (Reactor Services) Project Coordinator is responsible for advancing the execution of site and outage-related initiatives through proactive coordination of project priorities, resource readiness, contractor integration, training/proctoring requirements, and critical work schedules. This role exercises independent judgment to align stakeholders, resolve coordination barriers, and support safe, efficient, and well-prepared execution across Constellation sites in partnership with Site Rxs Managers, outage teams, contractors, and cross-functional business partners. This role requires significant travel (50-60%) to other Constellation locations, including online and outage support.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
- Provide project coordination and execution support to Site Rxs (Reactor Services) Managers by tracking key activities, assessing priority needs, coordinating workforce time tracking, supporting vendor contract requirements, managing in processing workflows, and advancing departmental priorities aligned with business objectives.
- Lead contractor readiness activities by coordinating onboarding and access requirements, including IT access, SailPoint requests, Beeline entries, contractor justifications, site authorization requirements, and other prerequisites necessary to support timely project execution.
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments, contractors, and site stakeholders to coordinate work activities, identify and escalate execution risks, and remove barriers impacting initiatives and outage priorities.
- Coordinate personnel readiness requirements, including travel planning, contractor status, site access, authorization needs, and qualification readiness, to ensure resources are prepared to meet project and outage commitments.
- Coordinate department training readiness by facilitating NANTeL and LMS proctoring activities, monitoring completion requirements, and supporting timely qualification and training compliance.
- Drive outage readiness activities by developing and maintaining daily schedules, coordinating outage war room preparation, creating communication tools such as phone lists and organizational charts, and supporting refuel floor coordination.
- Support implementation of the Rxs Refuel Floor FME program by monitoring program expectations, coordinating with FME monitors, and reinforcing outage execution practices that promote accountability, readiness, and operational discipline.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2-years of related experience, or Associate's degree and 4-years of related experience, or High school diploma or GED and 6-years of related experience
- Ability to maintain minimum access or unescorted access requirements, as applicable
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable medical examination and/or testing status in accordance with position duties
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Nuclear Power Plant experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of PC and Microsoft office applications
- Knowledge of contract management and / or Asset Suite 9 (AS9) supply system
- Prior outage experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of contract management processes and/or Asset Suite 9 (AS9)
