Short Summary:
As a Senior Director-level attorney at Conga, you’ll lead legal support for product development, intellectual property, global data privacy, AI governance, and related initiatives. This role is central to Conga’s ability to innovate responsibly and scale globally.

Responsibilities:
- Lead legal support for product development and intellectual property.
- Shape the future of legal tech products in collaboration with product, engineering, and design teams.
- Influence product strategy and safeguard intellectual property.
- Manage global privacy programs and ensure compliance with evolving laws.

Requirement:
- At least 10 years of legal experience, including significant time as in-house counsel at a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong foundation in product counseling, intellectual property, and global privacy law.
- Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
- Experience advising product, engineering, and design teams.
- Deep knowledge of intellectual property law and global data protection laws.
