Key Account Manager | COLIBRIX ONE
We build advanced payment technologies for PSPs, EMIs, and neobanks across the EU and the UK.
You’ll become a trusted point of contact for our merchants, help them get the most out of our solutions, and grow alongside a fast-moving international fintech team. What we’re looking for:
⚡️1+ year of experience in a B2B client-facing role
⚡️Banking, payments or fintech experience is a big plus
⚡️Fluent English
What You'll Do:
⚡️Manage client onboarding, including gathering and conducting an initial review of documents
⚡️To advise our customers regarding products and services
⚡️To establish sustainable customer relations
⚡️To maintain and update the client database
⚡️Act as a single point of contact for the merchant and facilitate dialogue between them and the different departments in finance, compliance, and operations
⚡️Anticipate client needs, and the challenges they face, and work with the internal team to develop action plans for addressing issues and ideas that drive innovation and best practices
