Responsibilities:
- FX Market Trading: Conduct foreign exchange trading activities based on market conditions, trading strategies, and the Company's risk management requirements.
- Position Management: Actively manage trading positions, monitor exposure and market risk, and adjust positions in a timely manner.
- Risk & Trading Discipline: Follow established trading strategies, risk management policies, and maintain strong trading discipline.
- Market Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor global foreign exchange markets and factors impacting FX markets.
- Trading Strategy Optimization: Review trading performance and update strategies to adapt to market changes.
- Trading Performance & Reporting: Maintain accurate trading records and provide market updates to management.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of hands-on foreign exchange trading experience.
- Solid understanding of the FX market and demonstrated experience in position management and trading risk control.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with trading platforms or relevant FX trading systems is preferred.
