Account Executive

Own Coinbound's inbound pipeline and close five-figure Web3 marketing deals.

What you'll do

• Manage and grow inbound sales pipeline, responding quickly and strategically to inbound leads and inquiries
• Conduct targeted outbound prospecting as needed to expand our client base
• Collaborate closely with marketing and account teams to tailor pitches and proposals that highlight Coinbound's unique Web3 marketing services
• Qualify leads, develop relationships, and close five-figure deals consistently
• Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales benchmarks, driving predictable revenue growth
• Stay up-to-date on Web3 trends, products, and competitors to position Coinbound as the go-to agency for blockchain marketing
• Provide feedback from the market to inform product/service improvements and strategy

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in Web3 sales or business development, ideally within marketing or agency services
• Strong understanding of Web3 marketing services: influencer marketing, PR, paid media, community management, or fractional CMO offerings
• Demonstrated success closing deals valued at $15K+ and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Ability to manage multiple inbound leads efficiently and prioritize high-potential opportunities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable presenting to C-level execs and technical teams alike
• Self-motivated and organized, with a hunter mindset and collaborative attitude
• Strong experience with Hubspot or similar CRMs
• Experience working in fast-moving, evolving industries like crypto, blockchain, or SaaS is a big plus

Compensation

Base compensation + performance-based. OTE ~$85-110k.
