Company Background: HealthEZ is a third-party administrator for health benefits: HealthEZ provides self-funded medical, dental, FSA and HRA plans for employers, and provides a complete online suite of services for members to manage and pay healthcare claims. The company serves employers, consultants & brokers, providers, and members. Project Description: Upgrading the existing FMS (Financial Management System) with new functionalities. The current process for daily funding of claims involves several systems, some of them are vendors, while FMS is a proprietary system which is used for payment generation. There are a lot of subprocesses in FMS that CSI team needs to automate.
