Short Summary:
Cognizant is seeking a Senior Solution Architect - MES to join our Life Sciences Manufacturing Industry Solutions Group (LSM ISG). This strategic leadership role focuses on driving growth, innovation, and delivery excellence of Cognizant's MES offerings across the Life Sciences industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of enterprise and multi-site MES solutions for Life Sciences manufacturers.
- Define scalable, secure, compliant, and high-performing MES architectures.
- Drive technical solutioning activities for MES programs.
- Participate in architecture reviews, technical workshops, and customer strategy discussions.
- Own and enhance Cognizant's MES service offerings and methodologies.
- Partner closely with sales and business development teams to drive MES business growth.
- Advise Life Sciences clients on MES strategy and digital manufacturing transformation.
- Support the development and growth of Cognizant's MES consulting and delivery capabilities.
- Build strategic relationships with key MES and digital manufacturing technology partners.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience within Life Sciences manufacturing environments supporting manufacturing systems and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and GxP compliance requirements.
- Expertise in MES solution architecture and implementation methodologies.
- Experience with leading MES platforms such as Körber Werum PAS-X, Siemens Opcenter, and others.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
