Technical Solution Architect (Dynamics 365 & Power Platform)

We're looking for a Solution Architect to lead the architecture of complex Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform programmes, working with some of our largest and most ambitious clients.

This is not a role where you'll simply produce architecture documents. You'll influence technical strategy, solve complex enterprise challenges, guide critical design decisions, work directly with senior client stakeholders and help shape how Microsoft solutions are delivered across Codec.

Working at the intersection of business and technology, you'll design secure, scalable and supportable solutions that deliver real business outcomes while helping shape the future of our architecture capability.

You'll work across the Microsoft ecosystem to architect enterprise-scale solutions that bring together applications, integrations, security, automation, data and AI capabilities.

As Microsoft technology continues to evolve, you'll also have opportunities to explore how Copilot, AI and emerging platform capabilities can be incorporated into modern solution architectures to deliver measurable business value.

This is a senior technical position with responsibility for shaping solutions from initial strategy and architecture through to successful delivery.

Working alongside Functional Solution Architects, Project Managers, Principal Consultants and senior client stakeholders, you'll take business requirements and transform them into robust technical solutions.

You'll own the technical architecture across solution design, integration, security, data, environment strategy, performance and scalability, DevOps and ALM, and technical governance.

You'll play a key role in ensuring solutions are technically sound, commercially viable and aligned with both client objectives and Microsoft best practices.
