Short Summary:
Cloudflare is seeking a business operator to partner with the Chief of Staff in executing high-priority Go-to-Market initiatives, driving cross-functional collaboration, and turning executive priorities into measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to execute cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery.
- Develop project plans and milestones.
- Coordinate work across multiple organizations.
- Track dependencies, risks, and key decisions.
- Prepare executive updates and status reviews.
- Drive follow-up to ensure commitments are completed.
- Lead the planning and execution of strategic GTM programs.
- Bring together teams across various departments to move initiatives forward.
- Support executive planning and decision-making through consolidated updates and presentations.
- Identify opportunities to improve strategic work through AI-enabled workflows and automation.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in Business Operations, Consulting, Program Management, or a related field.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong project and program management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
