Short Summary:
As the Principal Content Engineer, you will be the content engine for Developer GTM, translating product reality and industry trends into content that developers find valuable. This role combines writing, engineering, and systems building to shape the next-generation learning platform for developers.
Responsibilities:
- Own the content architecture for Developer GTM.
- Define content types, editorial standards, and quality across various content formats.
- Curate and shape team outputs, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Build and run systems that scale quality, including AI-assisted review and maintenance.
- Write and build flagship content, producing deep technical tutorials and runnable demos.
- Drive developer acquisition and activation by mapping content to the developer journey.
- Build AI-assisted content tooling and ensure content is optimized for AI consumption.
- Identify emerging developer behaviors and translate them into narratives and content.
- Establish conventions and tooling for consistent content across GTM.
- Mentor and coach team members to maintain high standards.
Requirement:
- 12+ years in technical content, developer education, and software engineering.
- Exceptional technical writing and editing skills.
- Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern web development.
- Experience with automated content systems and content analytics.
- Knowledge of the developer journey and effective tutorial design.
