Short Summary:
We are seeking an Oracle ALM Lead to spearhead the solution architecture, functional configuration, and deployment of our Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP financial modules. You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable solutions for various financial processes.

Responsibilities:
- Govern the technical architecture and scalability of Oracle Fusion configurations and integrations.
- Serve as the functional lead for the Oracle Fusion implementation across various financial modules.
- Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions with various teams to capture business requirements.
- Maintain high-quality training documentation and conduct role-based training for end-users.
- Direct the strategy for data quality, conversion, and ongoing master data governance.
- Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert for core Finance processes within the Oracle Fusion suite.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in an IT or functional role supporting enterprise-grade financial systems.
- 4+ years of hands-on implementation and configuration experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules.
- Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles related to capitalization and project cost accounting.
- Demonstrated track record leading or contributing to a major enterprise ERP implementation.
