Short Summary:
As an Onboarding Coach, you will empower clients to transform their properties through our AI Smarts + Hospitality Hearts mission, shifting from a training function to a strategic business partner. You will help hoteliers design processes that eliminate friction, allowing them to focus on their guests.
Responsibilities:
- Train clients on the Cloudbeds platform, ensuring confidence in its use.
- Partner with Sales and Product to transform onboarding feedback into operational improvements.
- Maintain full client context throughout the onboarding journey.
- Manage customer paths for Guest Experience and Marketing via ongoing support.
- Establish clear success metrics and demonstrate ROI.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships for platform adoption and loyalty.
- Develop a deep understanding of Cloudbeds’ products and customer needs.
- Contribute to training materials and knowledge base.
- Maintain accurate records of customer activities in Salesforce.
Requirement:
- Over 3 years of 5-star hospitality experience or 3 years of relevant SaaS industry experience.
- Deep expertise in Revenue Management principles and technology.
- Ability to translate complex AI-driven concepts into practical business terms.
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Professional fluency in French and English is required.
