Its portfolio includes 15+ games across iOS, Android, and the Amazon Appstore, with 60+ million installs and 600K monthly active users. The team uses data-driven decision-making, rapid experimentation, and scalable product strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and document game features and logic based on team inputs, including concepts, GDDs, and technical descriptions, and keep documentation up to date. Design levels, build level matrices, and define difficulty and progression. Work with balance tables, configs, formulas, and basic calculations. Collect references, break down competitors’ features, and analyze similar mechanics.

Requirements

At least 2 years of commercial experience as a Game Designer (Generalist). Hands-on experience with Puzzle, Casual, or Hybrid Casual games. Experience designing, tuning, and balancing levels. Ability to own features from concept through implementation, including requirements preparation, integration, and results analysis. Ability to structure information and create clear game documentation, including design documents, mechanic descriptions, and feature requirements. Confident use of AI tools for analysis, ideation, structuring, documentation, and workflow optimization. Unity experience is a strong advantage.
