Werkstudent Content & Brand (m/w/d)
About the Role
This is a hands-on brand and content role at a Berlin-based B2B performance marketing agency, where you'll own the company's entire brand presence from day one. You'll shape how the team shows up on LinkedIn, in video, and across every sales and marketing touchpoint — with real autonomy and a short feedback loop.
What You'll Do
Write and publish LinkedIn content for founders and the company account — hooks, carousels, and storylines that resonate with a B2B audience.
Produce image and video content end-to-end: concept, shoot, edit, and deliver Reels, talking heads, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes clips.
Maintain brand consistency across all channels — website copy, pitch decks, sales materials, and templates.
Build and manage a content calendar, keeping publishing cadence consistent and on schedule.
Track content performance, identify winning formats, and iterate strategy based on data.
What We're Looking For
Currently enrolled student available 16–20 hours per week, ideally for 12 months or more.
Proficient in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent) — capable of taking content from concept to final delivery.
Proficient in design tools (Figma, Canva, or equivalent) for creating visual assets, decks, and marketing materials.
Demonstrated experience producing LinkedIn content and a clear understanding of what performs on the platform.
Experience writing marketing or brand content for B2B or SaaS audiences.
Comfortable managing a content calendar and executing a consistent publishing schedule.
Able to analyze content metrics and use data to inform format and strategy decisions.
Experience building brand consistency across multiple touchpoints (website, decks, templates).
Self-directed: you generate ideas, ship them, and seek feedback — you don't wait for detailed instructions.
Nice to have: experience with photography, lighting, or on-location production; background in GTM or sales enablement for B2B software.
A portfolio or examples of published or personal creative work are expected.
Location
On-site in Berlin, Germany (Mitte area). 16–20 hours per week.
