Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role

Join a B2B performance marketing team focused on generating qualified leads and measurable growth for multiple clients. You will own paid advertising accounts and budgets, using campaign results to improve lead generation and customer acquisition.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of advertising accounts and make independent decisions about campaign strategy and performance.

• Plan and launch new ad accounts, quickly learning each client's business and market.

• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation.

• Manage multiple client campaigns and budgets, including monthly ad spend of at least five figures.

• Monitor campaign KPIs, tracking, and reports, and act on emerging issues and opportunities.

• Work with growth consultants and marketing technology specialists to improve campaign outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• At least one year of hands-on performance marketing experience.

• Direct experience setting up and optimizing both Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.

• Experience owning ad accounts and managing at least five figures in monthly ad spend.

• A track record in B2B lead generation, with results measured through metrics such as cost per lead, return on ad spend, or pipeline.

• Confidence with conversion tracking and paid media reporting, and the ability to manage several accounts in parallel.

• Native-level German and fluent English.

• Experience with Meta Ads or Microsoft Ads, agency work, or AI tools in campaign workflows is an advantage.

• Full-time availability for a permanent role.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual base salary: €50,000 to €70,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

Hybrid in Berlin, Germany, with three days per week in the office. The first month is fully on-site.
