Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and process customer orders.
- Allocate orders to real estate experts who satisfy customer specifications and service level goals.
- Monitor order workflows to verify that customer milestones are met.
- Serve as a primary connector between our customers and partners.
- Maintain professional communications with real estate specialists through multiple channels.
- Keep document logs and records current with precise, detailed entries.
- Cultivate and support constructive vendor relationships.
Requirement:
- Exhibits an optimistic, warm, and constructive attitude.
- Possesses excellent communication abilities across written, verbal, and nonverbal channels.
- Shows strong attentiveness, responsiveness, and a proactive sense of urgency.
