Short Summary:
Join our mission to provide governments with exceptional experiences. As the Principal Engagement Manager, you will be Clariti's most senior client-facing delivery leader, influencing and developing the team while managing complex engagements.

Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of Clariti's most complex engagements, managing project governance, schedules, budgets, and success criteria.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, building deep relationships and leading executive steering committees.
- Champion a delivery culture grounded in structured metrics and storytelling, connecting performance to tangible government outcomes.
- Build city personas, engagement playbooks, and scalable frameworks for organizational learning.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on performance, risks, and strategic progress of engagements.

Requirement:
- 12+ years of experience leading enterprise-level or government transformation engagements in a SaaS, professional services, or civic technology environment.
- Demonstrated track record of managing complex, high-risk, multi-stakeholder programs.
- Expert-level competencies in business acumen, financial acumen, communication, continuous improvement, and customer centricity.
