What You’ll Do
-
Support the identification and tracking of pipeline opportunities across an established portfolio of pharmaceutical sponsors and clinical research organizations.
-
Enter new opportunities into Salesforce and maintain accurate opportunity details, supporting documents, activities, and expected close dates.
-
Assist with the development and preparation of supporting proposal materials, capability presentations, and bid-defense slides.
-
Acknowledge requests for proposals and review submissions to confirm that the information required to prepare a response has been provided.
-
Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to collect missing information and clarify proposal requirements.
-
Coordinate internal strategy calls and ensure the appropriate contributors are engaged.
-
Manage proposal schedules, deliverables, and due dates, following up with stakeholders to keep activities on track.
-
Support the administration and revision of internal pricing tools.
-
Coordinate rebid requests, including pricing revisions, supplemental materials, and additional strategy discussions.
-
Follow up on change-order activities and maintain accurate completion and close dates in Salesforce.
-
Provide operational and administrative support to the Imaging commercial team in its business-development efforts.
-
Participate in Sales Operations, Sales-to-Services, and other departmental meetings as required.
-
Support additional commercial initiatives, assignments, and special projects as business needs evolve.
What We Look For
-
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, communications, project management, or a related field.
-
At least one year of relevant experience in clinical imaging, clinical trials, project coordination, sales support, proposal development, technical writing, or budget development.

-
Experience supporting projects, commercial activities, or cross-functional deliverables in a deadline-driven environment.
-

-
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously.
-
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining complete and accurate information.
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal partners.
