• Collaborate daily with the marketing team to discuss acquisition results, marketing metrics, and campaign performance.
• Bring fresh ideas and AI-driven approaches to improve results.
• Work side by side with the Creative Producer on high-performing creatives.
• Analyze campaign data to understand how your AI-generated content impacts performance and apply insights for continuous improvement.
• Develop variations of successful creatives based on analytics and testing.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily workflows (e.g. Kling, HeyGen, Sonovid, platforms like Loveart or Higgsfield or similar)
• Solid understanding of animation and video editing principles, including composition, timing, and sound integration
• Ability to combine visuals, motion, and sound into engaging video content
• Ownership mindset with readiness to take responsibility and contribute to product outcomes
• Understanding of marketing metrics (experience working with performance data is a plus)
• Ability to quickly move from concept to execution, test hypotheses, and iterate based on data
• Data-driven, results-oriented mindset
• Strong self-organization and time management skills
