Job Summary:
KnowFully Learning Group is seeking a Director, Revenue Operations & Business Intelligence to create greater visibility, forecasting discipline, reporting consistency, and performance insight across the company’s portfolio of professional education brands and product lines.
This role will serve as a trusted source of business intelligence for executive leadership, providing clear and actionable insights into revenue performance, forecasting, operating metrics, product-line and brand performance, and strategic initiatives. The Director will work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, PMO and the CTO organization to improve decision-making through analytics, process design, reporting, and operating discipline.
The Director will enable functional leaders through better data, forecasting, process optimization, and performance management while maintaining clear functional ownership.
Rev Ops & BI owns the standards, analytics framework, performance visibility, and decision support surrounding commercial performance; accountable functional leaders continue to own the business decisions, operating actions, customer commitments, and outcomes within their respective domains.
This role will operate as a highly strategic individual contributor.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead the company’s revenue operations and business intelligence framework, creating consistent visibility into B2C and B2B revenue performance, forecasts, pipelines, funnels, and key commercial drivers.
- Develop and govern forecasting methodologies, commercial KPIs, reporting standards, and performance measures that improve accuracy, consistency, and accountability across the organization.
- Build and maintain executive dashboards, leadership scorecards, portfolio reporting, and recurring business reviews that provide a trusted source of truth for company performance.
- Analyze product-line, brand, customer segment, learner lifecycle, retention, pricing, packaging, and enterprise account performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Translate complex business and performance data into clear insights and recommendations that help executive leadership make faster, more informed decisions and prioritize resources.
- Establish and manage cross-functional business-performance measurement frameworks, including common KPIs, scorecards, analytical views, and performance reporting that enable leaders and the PMO to identify results, risks, and opportunities.
- Own business-side data, reporting, KPI, and analytics governance for sales CRM and BI systems, including data-quality standards, KPI definitions, reporting requirements, and business requirements; partner with functional owners on workflow requirements and with the CTO organization on technical implementation.
- Partner with the CTO organization on reporting integrations, analytics infrastructure, systems enhancements, and technical solutions while maintaining clear business and technical ownership.
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, improve business processes, and reduce manual work through automation, analytics, and improved operating practices.
- Identify and evaluate AI and automation opportunities, develop analytical business cases, support functional and technology leaders in prioritization, and measure realized business value and ROI.
- Provide performance measurement, dashboards, and analytical reporting for strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and post-acquisition performance, in partnership with the PMO and accountable business owners.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, PMO, and Technology leaders to strengthen performance measurement and operating discipline while respecting functional ownership and decision rights.
Required:
- Strong knowledge of revenue operations, business intelligence, forecasting, commercial analytics, and performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop executive dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, forecasts, and recurring business reporting.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to identify trends, evaluate business performance, and translate data into clear recommendations.
- Experience with CRM, business intelligence, analytics, and reporting platforms.
- Ability to establish consistent reporting standards, KPI definitions, data governance practices, and operating processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to executive audiences.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions without direct authority.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, evolving business environment..
Preferred:
- Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth, multi-brand, SaaS, education, healthcare, or professional services organization.
- Experience supporting multiple product lines, brands, business units, or customer segments.
- Experience with acquisition reporting, post-acquisition performance measurement, or portfolio integration.
- Experience evaluating or implementing AI-enabled workflows, automation, or advanced analytics capabilities.
- MBA, master’s degree, or advanced analytics training preferred but not required.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, business intelligence, commercial analytics, strategy and operations, or a related function.
- 3+ years of progressively responsible experience leading executive reporting, forecasting, KPI development or performance initiatives.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing/Growth, Product, Finance, Operations, and Technology.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
