Short Summary:
The Manager on Duty (MOD) is a part-time leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations at the Recreation and Wellness Center, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and smooth functioning of all departments.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily operation of the Recreation and Wellness Center.
- Uphold and enforce policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supervise, direct, and support staff across various departments.
- Provide professional and courteous service to patrons.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Respond to emergencies and monitor facility schedules.
- Assist with membership check-ins and guest inquiries.
- Complete shift reports documenting incidents and operational issues.
Requirement:
- Requires age 21+.
- High school diploma.
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
- Customer service or recreation experience.
- Leadership skills and flexible availability.
- Felony-free background.
