Client Manager
The Global Network Bank Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for business growth. She / He handles client inquiries, resolves issues, and works with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve company objective
Responsibilities:
- Participate client transactions, projects or assignments as the junior member of a professional team
- Providing day-to-day support to clients, responding to queries, and resolving issue
- Supporting the acquisition and onboarding of new clients
- Assistance with completion of KYC records and legal documentation
- Analysis and identification of prospects along the predefined target market criteria within GNB
- Work with databases (e.g. databases with prospective companies)
- Internet search for information about prospects/groups as well as their ownership
- Assistance with documentation and other tasks supporting GNB business
Qualifications:
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking products, risk management, regulatory requirements, and local market dynamics
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Slovak and English language proficiency
- Client Focus: A strong focus on client satisfaction and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Problem-solving: The ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively
- Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client data and identify potential opportunities
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with others and collaborate with different teams
- Ability to travel
- University degree in finance, accounting, or business studies

This Role is a “Controlled Function” Role as defined by the Central Bank of Ireland Reform Act 2010 and Principal Regulations 2011, and amending Regulations 2014, 2015.
