How you’ll make an impact:
Cin7 is an inventory management company with a globally distributed team and customers around the world. People are at the heart of what we do. As we keep growing, we need a hands-on HR leader who can partner closely with our Engineering and Product teams to build a high-performing, engaged culture.
You’ll be a trusted advisor to technology leaders, bringing HR expertise and a business perspective to how we hire, develop, reward, and retain talent. You’ll work across time zones with the Global People and Culture team to share ideas, practices, and projects that support our people and our goals. You will also lead a small team, providing day-to-day guidance, development, and performance support to your direct reports.
This is a director-level role with ownership of the people agenda for your teams. This role will have one direct report at launch: the HR Business Partner (New Zealand). You will also work with the Assistant Manager, HR & Administration (Sri Lanka) through a matrix reporting relationship. You’ll be based in Pune or Ahmedabad and will travel approximately quarterly to visit our teams in Ahmedabad/Pune, Colombo, and Dubai.
This position requires that you reside in Pune, India or Ahmedabad, India.
