In this role, you will connect business needs with scalable technology, making it easier for teams across Cigna to launch intelligent, personalized service journeys. You will join a collaborative team that is ambitious about innovation and compassionate about improving every customer and advocate experience.

Responsibilities

·     Lead the onboarding of new lines of business and customer journeys to the Agentic Servicing (voice & chat) platform, with a focus on reducing friction and accelerating value.

·     Turn business and customer needs into clear, prioritized product requirements for APIs, data exchanges, authentication, routing, workflow orchestration, and other platform services.

·     Partner with engineering and architecture to deliver capabilities that are secure, resilient, reusable, and aligned with enterprise standards.

·     Create alignment across business, operations, analytics, engineering, and architecture teams by clarifying priorities, decisions, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs.

·     Identify platform gaps and prioritize enhancements that improve adoption, simplify implementation, and create value across multiple business areas.

·     Guide capabilities through planning, testing, rollout, and adoption, adjusting plans as new information and feedback emerge.

·     Experience partnering with technical teams to define requirements and deliver technology solutions.

·     Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, priorities, and dependencies.

·     Ability to break down complex integration and implementation challenges into clear, actionable plans.

·     Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts, tradeoffs, and priorities to varied audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

·     Bachelor's degree in business, technology, a quantitative field, or a related area.

·     Experience with platform products, APIs, integrations, or enterprise technology implementations.

·     Experience with conversational AI, Agentic AI, automation platforms, contact center technology, or digital self-service solutions.

·     Working knowledge of API-based architecture, authentication services, system integrations, and enterprise data flows.

·     Experience translating business requirements into scalable capabilities that can be reused across teams or business units.

·     Experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry.

What Success Looks Like

You will help business partners adopt Agentic AI capabilities with confidence, enable technical teams to deliver integrations that support changing needs, and improve platform adoption, implementation speed, and business value. You will thrive here if you enjoy learning, solving complex problems, and bringing people together to build scalable AI-powered experiences.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
