Short Summary:
As Retail Manager, you will embody and uphold the exquisite heritage and brand values of DIOR while driving the commercial success and development of PCD's Travel Retail Business. You will foster an exceptional client experience and drive your retail teams towards collective and individual achievements.
Responsibilities:
- Achieving commercial excellence by managing performance, focusing on sales targets, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Inspiring and developing a high-performing sales team through continuous coaching and empowerment.
- Upholding brand image and standards by maintaining visual merchandising and operational standards.
- Elevating client experience by ensuring impeccable service and product knowledge.
- Building relationships with key airport authorities and stakeholders in the travel retail ecosystem.
- Providing critical market feedback and consumer insights to HQ management.
Requirement:
- 7+ years of progressive retail management experience (5+ years in leadership) in luxury.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and merchandising skills.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Extensive travel in Europe (minimum of 3 days per week).
