Expectations

What we want to see:

• 5+ years of experience in User Acquisition for mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience independently managing advertising budgets.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing, media buying strategies, and campaign optimization.
• Ability to develop effective user acquisition strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• A proactive, independent, and results-oriented mindset with a strong desire for continuous professional growth.
• Interest in AI technologies and practical experience applying AI tools in daily workflows.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and optimize paid user acquisition channels.
• Develop and execute User Acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Independently launch, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns.
• Analyze channel performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop new approaches to scaling.
• Manage large advertising budgets while ensuring efficient user acquisition and strong performance.
• Develop and test new hypotheses, strategies, and approaches to media buying.
• Collaborate with advertising platform representatives and account managers.
• Improve and automate media buying workflows and campaign optimization processes.
