Short Summary:
ChildFund Rugby is seeking a Rugby Giving Lead Consultant to develop relationships with prospective donors to support the Pass It Back initiative, leveraging rugby as a tool for social impact.

Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a portfolio of prospective supporters.
- Develop authentic relationships through meetings, events, and briefings.
- Progress relationships through qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
- Represent ChildFund Rugby at meetings and events.
- Collaborate with Co-Directors and other stakeholders for effective engagement.

Requirement:
- Current or former elite rugby athlete with strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to commit ~10–12 hours/week and work flexibly across time zones.
- Strong communication, organization, and storytelling skills.
- Openness to learning about relationship-based fundraising.
