Short Summary:
Our client is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead the engineering organization, translating business priorities into technical decisions and ensuring the scalability of their B2C SaaS product portfolio.

Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the technology strategy across the company’s B2C product portfolio.
- Act as a close technology partner to the CEO and senior leadership team.
- Lead an engineering organization of approximately 40–50 people across various functions.
- Own the technical direction and architectural evolution of the company’s products.
- Improve development speed, predictability, and quality across multiple product teams.

Requirement:
- Significant experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or in a comparable senior technology leadership role.
- Proven experience leading and scaling an engineering organization of approximately 40–60 people.
- Strong understanding of product engineering in a fast-growing, founder-led, or startup environment.
- Practical experience with Node.js, NestJS, Next.js, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Fluent English and exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
