Job description: Director of Night Operations

Chick-fil-A Airport Road is seeking a Director of Night Operations, a Director leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of night restaurant operations, strategy, and team development. You will lead and support the team of young team members, leaders and managers during night operations, ensuring alignment with Chick-fil-A’s high standards of service, quality, and operational excellence.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $26/hr. for Full-Time, M-F is fine, Saturday availability not required

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations, leading and managing all operational aspects to ensure efficiency, productivity, and excellence for night operations in Front of House, Back of House, and Catering.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team by providing strategic direction, coaching, and mentorship to Directors and department leaders.
• Maintain and enforce Chick-fil-A’s service, food safety, and brand standards while optimizing restaurant performance.
• Analyze key performance indicators, labor costs, food costs, and customer satisfaction metrics to drive profitability and continuous improvement.
• Champion a culture of exceptional service and hospitality, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every guest.
• Partner with leadership to recruit, train, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of professional growth and leadership development.
• Monitor budgets, financial reports, and operational costs, making data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.

• Proven leadership experience within food service, hospitality, or a related industry.
• Strong ability to lead, mentor, and develop young team members and high-performing teams with a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Ability to jump in any area of the business to assist
• Experience managing restaurant systems, labor scheduling, food costs, inventory, and compliance with operational policies.
• Ability to analyze data, drive performance, and implement innovative solutions for operational growth.
• A proactive and adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
