Short Summary:
We're looking for an Executive Communications and Content Manager to help our executive team and community show up in the market with sharp, distinctive points of view. This role is fundamentally a thought leadership and content role, focusing on writing and creating various content types that carry our company narrative.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and write blog posts, bylines, video, and long-form pieces for executive thought leadership.
- Work with Chainguard customers to develop content showcasing their industry leadership.
- Manage and write social content for the executive team.
- Shape narratives, talking points, and prep materials for external engagements.
- Translate technical and strategic topics into compelling stories.
- Ensure executive storytelling aligns with broader company narratives.
- Own the external content calendar for each executive supported.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in executive communications, public relations, content/brand storytelling, journalism, or a related writing-intensive role.
- Ability to manage content across multiple executives, channels, and deadlines.
- Excellent writing and messaging skills.
- Proven success in cross-functional, highly collaborative roles.
- Bonus: experience in highly technical or developer-facing organizations.
