Job Responsibilities
As the Director of User Experience, you will:

Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, researchers, and product managers to successfully implement user-centric strategies.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of UX design principles into our product development processes.

Drive the creation of innovative and engaging user experiences that align with our strategic goals.

Conduct detailed user research and analysis to inform design decisions and optimize product usability.

Develop and maintain UX standard methodologies and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all products.

Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of UX initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and standard methodologies to keep our products competitive.

Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment where diverse perspectives are valued and innovation flourishes.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:

Established background in a senior UX or product management capacity.

Extensive knowledge of UX design principles, methodologies, and standard processes.

Outstanding leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field; advanced degree preferred.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
In this position, you will be eligible to participate in the company’s discretionary incentive bonus program. This position's bonus target amount, which is not guaranteed and is dependent on individual performance and overall company results among other factors, is provided below.
