Short Summary:
At Cellerator, quality is what turns promising cell therapies into treatments patients can actually receive. As QC Manager, you will establish and develop the quality control function, working closely with the AD/QC lead and various teams to shape the QC operating model and manage external testing laboratories.
Responsibilities:
- Help shape and continuously improve the QC function, establishing scalable laboratory workflows and quality systems.
- Develop and implement QC systems and documentation, including SOPs and protocols.
- Lead QC activities across development programmes, including analytical method transfer and project delivery.
- Build strong external partnerships and manage contract testing laboratories and vendors.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the QC organization.
Requirement:
- A scientific background (MSc or PhD) with at least five years' experience in Quality Control in a GMP regulated environment.
- Experience in cell or gene therapy is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in QC operations, including analytical method transfer and inspection readiness.
- Ability to lead projects and build relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
- A collaborative, curious, and proactive mindset.
