Why Cast AI?

Cast AI is an automation platform that operates cloud-native and AI infrastructure at scale. By embedding autonomous decision-making directly into Kubernetes and cloud environments, Cast AI continuously optimizes performance, reliability, and efficiency in production.

The old way doesn’t work. As Kubernetes and AI environments grow, manual decisions don’t. Cast AI replaces tickets, alerts, and manual tuning with continuous automation that adapts infrastructure as conditions change. Efficiency and cost savings follow naturally from that automation.

Over 2,100 companies already rely on Cast AI, including Akamai, BMW, Cisco, FICO, HuggingFace, NielsenIQ, Swisscom, and TGS.

Global team, diverse perspectives We’re headquartered in Miami, but our impact is international. We take a global and intentional approach to diversity. Today, Cast AI operates across 34 countries spanning Europe, North America, Latin America, and APAC, bringing a wide range of perspectives into how we build and lead.

Unicorn momentum In January 2026, we achieved unicorn status with a strategic investment from Pacific Alliance Ventures, the corporate venture arm of Shinsegae Group (a $50+ billion Korean conglomerate). Our valuation now exceeds $1 billion, and we’re just getting started.

Join us as we build the future of autonomous infrastructure.

About the role

Enterprise AI adoption is accelerating, but most companies still lack a clear way to control LLM cost, performance and usage as it scales across teams. As a Senior Account Executive for Kimchi at Cast AI, you will sell into that problem: helping technical and business leaders gain visibility into their AI usage, select the right models for each use case and reduce unnecessary spend without compromising outcomes. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle, from creating pipeline and shaping early demand through discovery, technical validation, commercial negotiation and close. This is a chance to take a new AI product to market inside a proven cloud-optimisation business that has surpassed unicorn status and serves more than 2,500 companies, including Akamai, BMW and Cisco.

What'll You Own?

• Drive outbound pipeline generation as a core part of the role, not an afterthought
• Run Opportunity Assessments to identify and qualify viable leads
• Lead Value Discovery conversations that align Cast AI's platform with each client's infrastructure and cost challenges
• Demonstrate the concrete value of Cast AI's offering to technical and business stakeholders
• Drive Value Delivery by working closely with implementation teams and measuring results against the business case
• Identify key contacts within target accounts, understand their needs, and tailor proposals accordingly
• Negotiate and close deals while building toward long-term customer satisfaction, not just a signed contract

What'll You Need?

• A history of successful negotiation and closing, with a genuine focus on long-term customer outcomes
• A strong outbound orientation: you build your own pipeline with consistency (at least weekly) rather than relying solely on inbound (Pipeline Generation discipline)

What Makes You Stand Out?

• You have sold complex AI, cloud or developer-platform software to enterprise technical buyers and can independently create pipeline, run discovery and close new-logo deals.
