We’re building technology that autonomously does the busy work, giving you more time to build relationships, win new accounts and advise clients on the risks their businesses face.

**About the role**

If you're an experienced commercial property producer and are excited about building out a new vertical, we want to hear from you! You’ll own new business production of mid-market accounts, develop market relationships, pursue appointments, and help define how Casey wins in property.

**What you’ll do**

• **New business production:** Originate and close mid-market property accounts through prospecting, referrals, partnerships, and industry relationships.
• **Property strategy:** Identify the occupancies, account profiles, and geographic markets that Casey should go after.
• **Placement strategy:** Understand client exposures, advise on risk, negotiate coverage and terms, and structure programs appropriate to each account.
• **Market appointments:** Identify target carriers & wholesalers, lead appointment discussions, and manage ongoing relationship and production expectations.
• **Technology development:** Work with engineers to turn your experience into better tools and workflows for property placements.

**Who you are**

• A team player who wants to win.
• You have a proven track record of originating and closing mid-market property accounts.
• 4+ years in commercial insurance production, with substantial property experience.
• You have strong knowledge of property underwriting, coverage forms, valuations, loss analysis, and catastrophe exposures.
• You are interested in AI and it's potential within the insurance industry.
• You take responsibility for your results.

• $120,000–$200,000 OTE
