Role Summary

The Product Line Owner (PLO), New Platforms, is responsible for developing and commercializing future growth platforms for the European Light Commercial business. The current scope includes the introduction and long-term growth of the Titan platform, expansion of the USX chiller portfolio, and evaluation of a potential light commercial ventilation offering. Working closely with European commercial teams and global engineering, product development, and manufacturing organizations, the Product Owner translates emerging market opportunities into sustainable growth platforms. 

Reports to: Product Management Director (Product Line Owner), Light Commercial 

Responsibilities

• Own the European strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of the New Platforms portfolio, including Titan, USX, and future ventilation opportunities 

• Lead the commercialization and long-term market development of the Titan platform, building the foundations for sustainable growth over multiple years 

• Develop customer value propositions, business cases, and go-to-market strategies to support the successful launch and expansion of Titan 

• Own the European strategy and growth plan for the USX chiller portfolio, identifying target applications and market segments where its differentiated value proposition creates competitive advantage 

• Evaluate the commercial viability of a light commercial ventilation portfolio and develop recommendations for future investment and portfolio development 

• Own competitive benchmarking and price positioning recommendations, maintaining deep market expertise through continuous monitoring of competitors, customers, channel dynamics, regulatory developments, industry events, and trade shows; translating insights into portfolio strategy, product requirements, and investment priorities 

• Translate customer, market, competitive, and regulatory insights into product requirements, portfolio strategies, and investment priorities 

• Serve as the primary interface with global product development, engineering, and manufacturing teams for assigned product platforms 

• Partner with regional commercial organizations to drive specification success, market adoption, and profitable growth 

• Ensure compliance with European regulations, including F-Gas, REACH, and Ecodesign requirements 

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in HVAC product management, engineering, marketing, commercial leadership, or related functions 

• Experience developing and launching new products, platforms, or growth initiatives 

• Strong understanding of hydronic systems, ventilation, and European market dynamics 

• Ability to assess market opportunities and develop robust business cases 

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional and international stakeholders without direct authority 

• Strong commercial, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities 

• Masters degree in Engineering or a related field 

• Ability to travel up to 30% 

Vergütungsspanne

Die jährliche Vergütung für diese Position liegt zwischen €81,500.00-€163,500.00 Faktoren wie Fähigkeiten, Ausbildung, Erfahrung und weitere Qualifikationen können die Vergütung innerhalb dieser Spanne beeinflussen. Faktoren, die die Vergütung innerhalb dieser Gehaltsspanne beeinflussen können, sind unter anderem Qualifikationen, Ausbildung, Berufserfahrung, die Anwendbarkeit eines Tarifvertrags (CLA), die marktübliche Vergütung für die Position sowie weitere besondere Qualifikationen der erfolgreichen Kandidatin bzw. des erfolgreichen Kandidaten.

Diese Position hat Anspruch auf kurzfristige Bonuszahlungen.
