Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Change Strategy & Adoption
- Define and lead the enterprise change management strategy, governance framework, and adoption roadmap for Carrier's unified Data & AI platform
- Build and execute a comprehensive organizational change program that spans business functions, regions, and technology teams
- Establish adoption frameworks that drive long-term behavioral change and platform utilization
- Develop and maintain stakeholder impact assessments, readiness plans, risk mitigation strategies, and adoption playbooks
- Create sustainable mechanisms to reinforce change, drive accountability, and maximize value realization
Executive & C-Suite Engagement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on change strategy, stakeholder alignment, and organizational readiness
- Develop executive presentations, leadership messaging, steering committee materials, business updates, and communication toolkits
- Drive active and visible sponsorship across executive leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities, messaging, and outcomes
- Facilitate leadership forums, steering committees, town halls, and executive roadshows
Stakeholder Management & Business Engagement
- Develop and maintain an enterprise stakeholder map spanning business, digital, engineering, analytics, and corporate functions
- Build a network of Change Champions across business units to serve as advocates and mobilizers of transformation
- Partner with BU leaders, Digital leaders, Product Owners, and platform teams to identify adoption barriers and accelerate engagement
- Lead targeted engagement strategies for senior leaders, functional teams, and end-user communities
- Establish feedback loops that continuously assess sentiment, readiness, and business impact
Marketplace & Data Product Adoption
- Lead adoption strategies for Carrier's enterprise Data & AI Marketplace, increasing discovery, consumption, and reuse of enterprise data products, AI assets, and platform capabilities
- Partner with platform, governance, and product delivery teams to develop awareness campaigns showcasing business value and successful use cases
- Drive enterprise understanding of reusable data products, AI/ML capabilities, AgentOps services, governance standards, and self-service capabilities
- Develop adoption metrics measuring marketplace utilization, consumer engagement, product reuse, and downstream business impact
Communications & Enablement
- Design and execute a global communications strategy supporting major platform milestones, migration waves, and adoption initiatives
- Create executive-ready content, newsletters, videos, FAQs, leadership briefings, roadshow materials, and cascade communication packages
- Develop role-based communication and training plans tailored to executives, business users, data practitioners, and technical teams
- Partner with learning teams to develop Data & AI literacy, platform awareness, and change readiness programs
Adoption Analytics & Value Realization
- Define and monitor KPIs that measure awareness, engagement, adoption, platform utilization, and business value realization
- Establish operating cadences and executive dashboards to monitor adoption progress and identify intervention opportunities
- Assess organizational readiness and adoption maturity across business functions
- Provide ongoing recommendations to leadership on actions needed to accelerate value capture
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, or Information Technology
- 7+ years of experience in Change Management, Transformation, Communications, Digital Adoption, or Program Leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting cloud, data, analytics, AI, or digital transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of Data & AI platforms, data governance, MLOps, AgentOps, or enterprise data products
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AI transformation programs, or enterprise modernization initiatives
- Experience leading large-scale enterprise technology transformations
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience partnering with senior executives and C-suite leaders
- Proven ability to influence across matrixed organizations without direct authority
- Experience developing enterprise communication strategies and organizational engagement programs
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and storytelling capabilities
Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.Other Compensation
This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.Benefits
