Title: Lead Equity Program Manager Location: US-Remote This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end administration, governance, and strategic evolution of the company’s Management Equity Program (MEP). The Lead Equity Program Manager serves as the central owner of equity compensation operations, partnering with senior leadership, private equity sponsors, and external vendors to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clear communication of equity value. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy and is critical to scaling equity programs in a private equity environment.
