- Proven experience building production-grade B2C mobile applications from scratch, including architecture and technology decisions, through launch and operation at scale.
- Deep knowledge of the Android ecosystem and modern development best practices, including performance, memory management, stability, and mobile security.
- Strong software architecture skills, with experience building modular, testable applications and reusable SDKs or libraries.
- Strong knowledge of networking, API integration, asynchronous programming, local storage, and offline behavior.

- Experience working with connected hardware and firmware teams, including device communication protocols and firmware updates over the air (OTA).
- Experience with VoIP and real-time audio, including system call integration (ConnectionService / Telecom framework).
- Experience developing AI-powered mobile features, such as conversational experiences, personalization, speech, or on-device intelligence, and integrating LLMs or machine-learning models into production apps.
- Strong practical experience using AI-assisted development tools and workflows to improve engineering quality and productivity.
- Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android UI frameworks.
- Experience designing public SDK APIs, maintaining backward compatibility, managing semantic versioning, and supporting external developers.
- Experience with modularization, large codebases, white-label applications, or multi-application platforms.
- Experience with analytics, crash reporting, feature flags, and A/B testing platforms.
- Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform or with iOS development.
- Experience working in a startup, scale-up, or other fast-moving product environment.
