### **Job Description**

**About you:**

• **Creator-operator mindset.** You love turning ideas into live campaigns—drafting copy, designing the asset, hitting “post,” and immediately watching the numbers roll in.
• **Move fast, learn faster.** You iterate in hours, not weeks, and treat every post, email, or experiment as a data point to refine the next one.
• **Analytical to the core.** CTR, CAC, follower LTV, cohort retention—you know (or want to learn) the metrics that matter and can pull insights from Sheets, GA4, or a quick SQL query.
• **Design-literate.** Basic Figma/Canva chops mean you don’t wait on a designer; you can lay out a carousel, social card, or lightweight motion graphic yourself.
• **Community builder.** You’re comfortable jumping into comments, Discord/Slack groups, and DMs—amplifying advocates, answering questions, and funneling product feedback back to the team.
• **Owner mentality.** If you see a growth opportunity—new channel, influencer partnership, email drip—you scope it, ship it, and report the results without waiting to be asked.
• **Curious and coachable.** You proactively seek feedback, challenge assumptions with first-principles thinking, and level-up quickly in unfamiliar territory.
• **Clear communicator.** Whether drafting a one-liner hook, writing a long-form blog, or presenting experiment results, your writing is crisp and your reasoning is tight.

**Bonus Points:**

• Interest in AI and finance.
• Experience in finance.
• Prior experience in a startup environment.
