Business Process Specialist

Title: Business Process Specialist Location: Remote - United States CAMP Systems is seeking a data-driven Business Process Specialist to optimize the processes, systems, and reporting that support our Aircraft Health Management (AHM) Sales organization. In this role, you'll partner with Sales, Operations, Customer Success, Finance, and IT to improve workflows, enhance CRM processes, develop reporting, and identify opportunities to increase efficiency across the customer lifecycle. You'll serve as the operational bridge between Sales and Operations, ensuring teams have the tools, data, and processes needed to deliver an outstanding customer experience and support continued business growth.
