The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an Operations Integration Lead to support the Next-Generation Intelligence for Operations and Battlespace Engineering (NIOBE) program. NIOBE is a major anticipated opportunity supporting OUSD I&S/TSO and mission partners across the defense, intelligence, cyber, special activities, research, development, test, evaluation, and operational implementation communities.
NIOBE will support the prototyping, development, integration, and operational implementation of advanced technological capabilities for military and intelligence operations across multiple domains. As the follow-on to Morpheus, the program is expected to require a leader who can synchronize mission activities across diverse stakeholders, facilitate the integration of government and commercial capabilities, and ensure operational alignment between technical development efforts and mission requirements in rapidly evolving and sensitive environments.
In this role, you will serve as the focal point for operational integration across the program, coordinating activities among mission partners, technical teams, program leadership, and end users to ensure seamless capability delivery and operational adoption. You will be responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration, managing integration priorities, identifying and mitigating operational risks, and ensuring that emerging capabilities are effectively transitioned into operational use to achieve mission objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Integrate team plans and schedules around customer priorities; translate Program Manager direction and established requirements into objectives, assignments, milestones, and measures of progress.
- Maintain a portfolio-wide view of work, dependencies, staffing, risks, decisions, and commitments; identify conflicts, capacity gaps, and needed resource adjustments.
- Coordinate access needs, dependencies, and required approvals through established government and company processes.
- Coordinate with government, interagency, commercial, and other partners to support validated task order requirements.
- Lead regular reviews of priorities, progress, risks, and cross-team issues; track decisions and actions to resolution, and brief the Program Manager on status, emerging needs, constraints, and decisions requiring attention.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent mission and technical experience.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience supporting DoD, IC, interagency, or federal national-security missions.
- Experience leading or integrating distributed, matrixed, or cross-functional teams in operational, intelligence, emergency response, or federal mission environments.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across government, interagency, operational stakeholders, and commercial industry, including when priorities compete and authority is shared.
- Experience translating customer direction and mission needs into executable plans, assignments, and schedules.
- Experience tracking operational performance, risks, dependencies, and resource needs, and presenting clear options to senior leaders.
- Ability to work within government direction, approval processes, and sensitive operational environments.
Desired:
- Experience translating commercial technology and innovation ecosystems to government requirements.
- Deep understanding of non-kinetic effects, to include electronic warfare and cyber operations.
